Jeff Ryer of Ryer Associates Appointed Treasurer
of the Connecticut Chapter of the CCIM Institute
Jeff Ryer has been appointed Treasurer of CT-CCIM and joins an
expectional management team that includes Jack Lynch, CCIM as president
and Tom Hill, CCIM, SIOR as Vice President.

Michael Ryer of Ryer Associates Honored as
"Citizen
of the Year"
Ryer Associates announces that Mike Ryer has been honored as "Citizen
of the Year" by the Ridgefield Rotary Club. The award is in
recognition of Mike's 40 year service as volunteer, board member and
booster to many of the areas' non-profit community including Ability
Beyond Disability the Ridgefield Visiting Nurses Associates, Saint
Stephens Church and the Ridgefield Community Center.

Ryer Associates announces that Jeff Ryer has become a Certified
Commercial Investment Member of the
CCIM Institute, one of the industry's preeminent training and
professional organizations. Only about 6 percent of the nation's
commercial real estate professionals hold the CCIM designation.

Joseph Perun joins Ryer Associates
Joe Perun has joined Ryer Associates as Vice President. Prior to
joining Ryer, Joe was affiliated with Keller Williams CT Realty where
he was a "Top Producer". Joe's prior experience includes media sales
and event promotion in New York where he worked with various television
networks including NBC and Turner Broadcasting, Inc.
Joe received a business degree from Western
Connecticut State University in 1996.

Jeff Ryer of Ryer Associates presents a "Market Snapshot" to
Connecticut CCIM
Jeff Ryer presented a discussion of Northern Fairfield County market
conditions to the Connecticut Chapter of the CCIM Institute at a recent
meeting at the Great River Country Club in Milford, Connecticut. Ryer
indicated that all market sectors continue strong with healty demand
and somewhat limited supply.

Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR) and received the SIOR
