Edwin B. Allan, CCIM
Vice President
Ed has served Ryer Associates Commercial Real
Estate as Vice President for 24 years, and provides commercial real
estate brokerage services. His real estate specific professional
designations include Equity Management Specialist (EMS) and Certified
Commercial Investment Member (CCIM).
His many professional affiliations include: the National Association of
Realtors, the Connecticut Association of Realtors, the Northern
Fairfield County Board of Realtors, the Connecticut CCIM Chapter, and
Connecticut Commercial Industrial Division (CID). He is active in the
Ridgefield Chamber of Commerce, Ridgefield Business Exchange, Habitat
for Humanity, and Jerusalem Lodge 49 of Masons in Ridgefield. Ed
received the distinguished Ridgefield Chamber of Commerce’s
Citizen of the Year Award.
Ed has an extensive educational background in the industry. As a
graduate of Realtors
Institute, he completed course work in the Fundamentals of Real Estate
Investment and Taxation, Advanced Real Estate Taxation and Marketing,
Case Studies in Commercial Investment Real Estate, Real Estate
Exchanging, The Appraisal of Business Opportunities, and Income Tax
Aspects Real Estate Transaction.
