Ryer Associates is pleased to announce the sale of 16 Bailey Avenue, in Ridgefield, CT. Formerly the Ridgefield Press building, it will now house not only the town's illustrious paper (which will be occupying the second floor), but an open-concept gym. Called FitGuana, local residents will soon have a chance to work off the calories consumed from Ridgefield's vibrant restaurant scene.
Selling the property was a multi-year project, and one that Ryer Associates is proud to be a part of. Jeff and Gus Ryer represented both sides of the transaction. The 7,026 square-foot building sold for $1,075,000, or $153/sf.
