It doesn't feel like that long ago, but it's already been 15 months since the Connecticut Association of REALTORs coordinated a sizable rally outside the CT legislature. It was a roaring success, with about 2,200 REALTORs attending and speaking with one voice: "We sell Connecticut. Give us a Connecticut to sell."
It's no secret that CT is in trouble in a number of ways. With approximately 16,800 members CTR is the largest trade association in the state. Most of those are residentially focused, but Ryer Associates was proud to be one of the few commercial firms present at the rally. It was a day we (and the legislators) won't soon forget!
